I started my weight loss & health journey a little over a year ago and have ever since then been dedicated to bettering myself. As of today, I have lost over 100 pounds & I feel the greatest I have in a really long time 🙌🏼☺️

After I had Emberly I was at my heaviest weight, I would only wear oversized sweat pants/leggings & baggy t-shirts. I didn’t want to leave my house, I didn’t want to be around people, I didn’t even want to take pictures with my newborn. Food was my main comfort and I had no concept of moderation or balance. I felt like crap and I made up my mind that I was done sitting around feeling sorry for myself and I was actually going to do something about it. I went back on the Weight Watchers program and recommitted myself. Now here we are a little over a year later, and I have way more energy and confidence than I ever did before. Does this mean I’m perfect now? No- I still have stretch marks, loose skin, cellulite, and thick thighs, but those are the things that made me a mom and make me ME! Most importantly: I’m happy, I’m healthy, I have an amazing family, and I’m overall really grateful for being able to turn things around & choosing to live a better lifestyle.
